If you want to be refreshed during your vacation and find a refuge from tensions of everyday life, combination of yoga and unique natural environment of Montenegro is what you are looking for. With proper breathing and exercises of the ancient East, feel the calmness of the spacious horizon, islands and sandy beaches during the summer months. Develop a sense of the present moment and strengthen your body and spirit with hatha yoga (postures – asana), laughter yoga, mother and child yoga, meditation classes, and bikram yoga detoxification. Licensed instructors and lecturers are in charge for these and many other activities.
Project Fitness and Yoga organises over thirty events, like active and holistic vacation, program of kundalini yoga and gong retreat on Ada Bojana, also referred to as the Paradise Island. Yoga retreat program is being organised on one of the most beautiful beaches in Montenegro (Žanjice, Luštica Peninsula) and it includes a tour of beautiful islands of Kotor Bay.
Workshops and classes within Art for living organisation (with centres in Bar, Budva, Herceg Novi, Kotor) involve cooperation with yoga schools throughout Montenegro. You can also practice yoga within sports club Porto Montenegro in Tivat and Yoga studio in Podgorica.
