Are you into sports? Just fan or do exercises? For those who are still not doing any sports, here is my first message to you and it’s about motivation. Surely, many of you have already asked yourself if I should start doing sports, and whether I need it at all. I’m sure that some readers already live a healthy lifestyle. But many still doubt whether it is necessary.
Aristotle’s famous quotation “life is a movement” has a lot of meaning behind it. Sports and physical education do not only make you more beautiful, slimmer and endurable, but also allow to overcome many ailments as well as inspire many people to change their lives. You can become one of these lucky ones! All you need is just to start.
For many years of practice, I worked with different people from different countries, and none of them was born athletic and sporty. All of them started with small steps and, as a result, they achieved something significant or even outstanding in their lives!
Remember, no matter how you look and feel yourself in this second, it is always in your hands to change anything you are not happy about. You just need to make the first move forward. Step by step, and after a while, you will not recognize yourself. I promise you that in the first months you will see and feel the results. Doing sports speeds up metabolism, keeps your body toned, which allows you, dear readers, to be more active, energetic, and live to the fullest. Sports will give you an exciting energy and strength to create everything you want. We are all born helpless! Our way of life, an integral part of which is sports and physical education, makes us healthy, beautiful and charismatic!
All that I wrote above, I tested on my own experience! Ten years ago, when I first started training, I weighed 67kg (my height is 186cm). I was an ordinary, weak guy who did not know what he wanted from the life. Now, thanks to sports, I confidently walk through life, set goals and achieve them. Now I know that nothing is impossible!
