Of course, all ladies have a lot of fears, stereotypes, and delusions. But the truth is that you can go to the gym in a few weeks unless doctors didn’t ban you for some reason to go for sports.
It’s no secret that the sooner you start to bring your body in order, the easier it will be to regain its shape. Do not be fooled by thoughts like “I’m slender”, “I have not gained a kilogram for pregnancy”, “I do not need sports”. If you didn’t exercise before pregnancy, then after giving a birth to you, you must exercise. I’ll explain why. Muscles of the not training person already weak. Girls’ muscles are even weaker. After pregnancy, when women tend to move very little, the muscles atrophy at all! She had a diastasis (for those, who does not know, it is stretching of the rectus abdominis muscle). Abdominis muscle was stretched significantly, the doctors said that it will be impossible to come back to a flat stomach! What was the surprise of my client, when in 6-8 months of training, her stomach became flat again! A little patience, full dedication during the training, competently selected exercises, and the problem is solved! I also had clients who collected 20-30 kg after the childbirth. And again they cam back their initial and fit body state!
