Hello friends! I have returned from vacation. There was a lot of exciting things happening in my life at the time of my absence. Although I did not publish articles, I thought a lot about creating new topics. As always, a lot of them are coming from my experience as a personal trainer. Now I have something to write to share with you, and I hope you will be interested. So, let’s go!
Today we’ll talk about the frequently asked question from my customers:
Q: “Why, muscles, do not remain in tone constantly, but volumes and strength loses?”
A: The main thing that you need to understand, the state and level of your muscles development as well as the body as a whole, depends on the nature of your occupation! Let me explain. If you move a lot on foot and work with your hands less, legs will be more trained obviously than the upper part of the body. In humans, even less active (office worker) generally weak muscles. A person, who works a lot physically, all muscles are sufficiently developed. Examples are builders, loaders, laborers, and others.
Now let’s look at why the human body, in general, builds up muscles, becomes stronger and more enduring. During the physical exercises of the body, all systems instantly respond. The endocrine system, the muscular apparatus, even the bones become denser. You feel the pumping of muscles with blood. As a result, you will feel muscle pain, indicating about the microfractures of tissues, which, in the end, recover (through muscle building, strengthening of ligaments, and more). This and many other factors make muscles to grow or maintain their shape. Without all of the above, the muscles (athletic muscles) do not grow, even if you use steroids!
Muscles lose tone, strength and volume in the absence of exercise, and nutrition. It is difficult for the body to maintain a large muscle mass and in the lack of physical activities, it loses any sense. A person needs as many muscles as it needs to provide the body with essential mobility. As I said above, your shape is determined by your lifestyle! If you do not use the body, it becomes weak and less functional (degradation, atrophy). If you work on building muscles or maintain a shape, watch all the factors, which are necessary for growth ( nutrition, training, etc), you have a beautiful, healthy body.
In conclusion, the human body is not programmed for a large athletic muscle mass. At the same time, the body is not made for extreme obesity. All that we have, muscle, or fat, is a consequence of our way of life. Live healthily!
