Exciting summer season in Lustica Bay continued in the beginning of this week with a concert “Evening Piazzolla”, which was performed by Trio Balkan. The concert was organized as a part of the summer cultural festival Purgatorije, which Lustica Bay sponsors this year.
At the crowded plateau terraces in a residential block “Lipa”, Astor Piazzolla music lovers enjoyed the performances of compositions like “4 Seasons” and “La Muerte del Angel”. By the end of the concert “Trio Balkan” – Alexey Molchanov piano, Neville Klakor (violin) and Ande Bushi (viola) – performed the most beautiful and famous composition “Oblivion”.
“Like last year, some of the events in the program of Purgatorije will be held for the audience in Lustica Bay. In August we will be a projecting of the film “GAJETA BLUE AND GREY BETON”, directed by Vladimir Perovic – a story that follows the last fisherwoman in the Bay of Kotor, Vera Raičković from Krtola near Tivat. In the same way, in cooperation with KotorArt festival this year the opera festival “Operosa” will takes place in Herceg Novi. This season, we practically support cultural festivals in Tivat, Kotor and Herceg Novi, thus rounding off the Bay of Kotor region” Slavica Milic said, marketing Lustica Development.
Lustica Bay slowly grows into a new center of active life on the Adriatic and is positioned as the lifeblood of the Montenegrin coast.
This year, residents of Lustica Bay, their families, guests and visitors also have the opportunity of attending a round of golf for children and adults as well as doing sailing, rowing and windsurfing activities.
Lustica Bay is being developed at Tivat’s part of Lustica Peninsula as a new tourist destination integrated with the region and planned to offer active and healthy life throughout the year.
The project worth 1.1 billion euro is planned to offer seven hotels, two marinas, a professional and a championship golf course with 18 holes, residential units and all the facilities necessary for the functioning of the city.
