In this article, I’d like to talk to you about REGIME.

For some reason, many people are frightened by this term. But in reality, there is nothing to worry about. You all follow the regime in your daily life. For example, when brushing your teeth before eating, washing your hands after going to the toilet, go to the shower before going to the office or meeting other people.

To get the maximum effect from training in sports, as in many other areas of your life, you need to follow the regime. In this case, I mean such aspects as healthy eating, good sleep, proper training and rest after the training. This is the regime! And there is nothing horrific or impossible in it. In fact, you need only gradually, slowly, step by step to begin monitoring the implementation of all the points above. Do not try to do everything at once, it’s difficult, even to the strongest and most disciplined people.

That’s what will help you to step on the right path:

First, start training at least 2-3 times a week. This will give you strength and energy in a month.

Second, rest between training – this is very important! Muscles need 48 hours to recover. If you are not a professional athlete, you do not need to train every day and, if you do, it can be even harmful!

Third, go to bed as early as possible, ideally at 22:00. At this time, the most important hormones, which provide your recovery after a hard day, begin to excrete.

Fourth, adhere to proper nutrition. Meals should be moderate, you do not need to eat till you are full. Divide everything that you eat during a day for 5-6 portions, this will allow you not to gain extra pounds, and, on the contrary, it will help you to burn unnecessary fat and gain quality muscle mass.
