Is it ok, when there are problems with the stomach? Or is everything super, when you feel pain in the back and joints? Is it ok, when the arrhythmia or even some kind of heart disease appear in young age? My friends, if you did not know, obesity also triggers a problem with the central nervous system!
Do not deceive yourself. Accumulating excess of fat is the signal of your body to you. The sign that some system in the body is not functioning correctly. All this often happens because of your lifestyle, although there are cases when something is wrong with hormones or some other problems. This is not normal, in any case. There can not be a healthy person with 40% fat, even 30%. If you do not believe me, then look at the obesity statistics of the world’s population. This statistics is growing every year. It increases because people have stopped to monitor what they eat, and their health in general.
Why there is such a little talking about this? Because the media gives a lot of information about a variety of food and nutrition. Do you know for sure that the food and pharmaceutical industry are the richest in the world? People eat every day; TV shows more advertisement, people consume more food. As a consequence, obesity and hence, health problems. Isn’t it we are lucky that medicine is so developed nowadays? And then the doctors will offer you some pills, or treatment, or the worst case scenario, an excessive weight will take you to the hospital. But you thought that fat problems do not happen.
It’s simple, friends. Do not engage in self-deception. Defeat your laziness, go in for sports and sort things out with food. If the question remains open, and the weight doesn’t go away, check the condition of the hormones. While you are alive, there are no unsolvable problems. Eat to live, and not live to eat.
